Marketing Campaigns Supervisor is to o ensure marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. They work with the Marketing Manager to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet sales targets.

They will be reporting into the Marketing Strategy team to manage all digital campaigns of A Bank and its related products and services.

Job Description

• Brainstorm new campaign ideas to achieve overall marketing goals of A bank and A+.
• Advise and aid Marketing Strategy Manager on budgeting and share of money spent on ATL, BTL and TTL.
• Coordinate and communicate with Internal Business teams on campaign execution.
• Work with Internal Data and Social media data sources to capture Brand Awareness, TOMA, U&A, competitor analysis of the company and presenting them to management.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
• Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines 
• Brief Internal teams for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years’ work experience in a management role in communications/creative background.
• Previous working experience in an international organization is an advantage. 
• Experience in strategic planning, result-oriented based management, and reporting.
• Experience developing and executing a communications strategy.
• Exposure to C-level management.
• Ability to work effectively in conflict situations and under pressure.
• Metric and ROI focused.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills
