  • Content Planning & Execution: ချမှတ်ထားသော Strategy အတိုင်း Social Media Channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Viber) များအတွက် Content Calendar ရေးဆွဲပြီး အချိန်မီ တင်ဆက်နိုင်ရေး အနီးကပ် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
  • Video Production Leadership: ဆေးခန်းအတွင်း ဗီဒီယို ရိုက်ကူးရေးများ (Treatments, Doctor/Patient Interviews) ကို ဦးဆောင် စီစဉ်ပြီး Short-form Videos (Reels / TikTok) ထုတ်လုပ်မှုကို အနီးကပ် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
  • Quality Control (QC): Posts, Graphics, Videos များကို မတင်မီ Premium Brand Standards နှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိ/မရှိ QC စစ်ဆေး၍ Marketing Manager ထံ အတည်ပြုချက် ရယူခြင်း။
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Page Messages နှင့် Comments တုံ့ပြန်မှုများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး ဆေးခန်းပြသလိုသော Leads များကို Patient Appointment ရရှိသည်အထိ CS / Reception Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Paid Ads Management: Meta Ads များကို Target Audience နှင့် Campaign ရည်ရွယ်ချက်အလိုက် ထိရောက်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Reporting & Analytics: Video Views, Engagement နှင့် Lead Data များကို စောင့်ကြည့် စစ်ဆေး၍ Performance Report ပြုစုပြီး Management/Executive ထံ တင်ပြခြင်း။

  • Social Media Management နှင့် Short Video Creation (TikTok/Reels/CapCut) အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ် (Dental / Medical Field အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်)။
  • Mobile Video Shooting & Editing ကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး Social Media Algorithms နှင့် Trends များကို အစဉ်မပြတ် နားလည်သဘောပေါက်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Marketing Manager ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များကို အသင်းအဖွဲ့ဖြင့် မြေပြင်တွင် ချောမွေ့စွာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • MS Excel နှင့် PowerPoint ကို အသုံးပြု၍ Social Data Analysis Reports များ စနစ်တကျ ပြုစုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
