Plan and conduct product demonstration trials, field days, and farmer meetings.
Provide technical advice and agronomic support to farmers, dealers, distributors, and the Sales team.
Monitor crop performance, evaluate seed varieties, and collect field data.
Develop technical presentations, training materials, and product recommendations.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales activities.
Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
Prepare technical reports and recommend product improvements.
Collaborate with Product Management, Production, R&D, and Sales teams to support product development and commercialization.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Crop Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in agronomy, technical marketing, seed production, or agribusiness.
Strong knowledge of crop production, seed technology, and good agricultural practices.
Experience in field trials, demonstrations, and farmer training.
Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Willing to travel extensively within Myanmar; valid driving license preferred.
