We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our services, increase patient/client engagement, and drive business growth. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services.
    •    Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients/patients.
    •    Maintain strong relationships with existing patients/customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
    •    Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, social media content, and digital marketing.
    •    Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    •    Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
    •    Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth service delivery.
    •    Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.

    •    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    •    Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (healthcare/dental field is an advantage).
    •    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    •    Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    •    Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
Working Conditions
    •    Full-time position, with occasional weekend/evening duties depending on campaigns.
    •    Office/clinic-based with some field marketing activities.
