We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand customer base
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
Set sales goals, track progress, and prepare regular performance reports
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies
Conduct training and coaching sessions for team development
Handle key accounts and support major deal negotiations

- Excellent customer service , relationship and negotiation.

- Must be able to lead and motivate the team & have good supervision skill

- Intermediate level of English (or) Thai with excellent communication skills.
