Job Summary
Join Cognia International as a Marketing Talent for our OSSD Program in Yangon. You will help build brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and support promotional activities that connect students and parents with our education offerings.

2️⃣Sales Executive — 3 Positions
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the OSSD Program across key channels.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Generate qualified leads and support the Sales team with timely follow-up opportunities.
• Coordinate events, seminars, school visits, and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and research competitors to improve marketing results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; education-sector experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good command of English and Myanmar, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, organized, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Experience supporting lead generation, events, or student recruitment is an advantage.
