  • Provide scientific and medical support for company products and therapy areas.
  • Develop scientific presentations, training materials, and medical content.
  • Review promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
  • Support new product launch planning and medical strategy execution.
  • Stay updated on latest clinical data, guidelines, and competitor developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), specialists, and institutions.
  • Conduct scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
  • Organize advisory boards, expert meetings, CMEs, symposiums, and scientific events.
  • Support speaker identification and development activities.
  • Conduct product and therapy training for sales and marketing teams.
  • Improve scientific communication capability of field force.
  • Support objection handling and scientific query management.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Management teams.
  • Provide medical insights for strategic business decisions.
  • Support market development initiatives and institutional activities.
  • Ensure all medical activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting practices.
  • Support pharmacovigilance reporting where applicable.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • MBBS
  • Candidates with strong medical affairs exposure in pharmaceutical companies will be preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs / Medical Advisor role.
  • Experience in Cardio-Diabetes, CNS, Oncology, Critical Care and Anti-infective segments preferred.
  • Experience working with reputed Indian or multinational pharmaceutical companies is an advantage.
