  • Overall responsibility for daily clinical assessment and prescription of treatment for all patients attending the hospital.
  • Diagnose and manage common medical and surgical conditions within the scope of practice.
  • Provide emergency care and acute management.
  • Ensure timely documentation of medical history, investigation, prescription and progress notes in hospital management system and written files.
  • Coordinate patient management plans between departments.
  • Perform and assist in routine surgery.
  • Monitor both out-patient and in-patient progress and inform to consultants as required.
  • Advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion disease, illness and accident prevention
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
