Act as the client-side liaison with appointed MEP designers and consultants.
Gather, understand, and consolidate owner’s and operator’s requirements into design
inputs.
Review and provide feedback on MEP design submissions to ensure alignment
with:
Company’s operational and functional needs.
International and local industrial codes, standards, and best practices.
Provide inputs and analytical feedback which is applicable for operation and
maintenance and SAFETY
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reflect operational workflows, maintenance
needs, and lifecycle considerations into the design.
Ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the design development process
and any revisions.
Identify design gaps, clashes, or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
Support the Lead of Infrastructure & Property Development in technical discussions
with consultants, contractors, and regulators.
Facilitate workshops/meetings between owners, operators, and design consultants to
resolve technical issues.
Ensure proper documentation of design coordination processes, decisions, and
approvals.
Assist in value engineering exercises to optimize MEP design for cost, efficiency, and
sustainability.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or
related discipline).
Minimum (5 to 8) years of relevant experience in MEP design coordination, preferably
with exposure to client-side or consultancy roles.
Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection,
electrical, ELV, etc.).
Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC/IEC,
ASME, ISO, local building codes, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to review design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale property development projects
is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with designers, owners, and
operators.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in design review tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is desirable.
