We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer specializing in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Yanmar marine and industrial engines. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Yanmar systems, a hands-on approach to mechanical and electrical diagnostics, and the ability to work in demanding maritime environments.

​Maintenance & Overhaul: Perform routine maintenance and major overhauls on Yanmar engines (including high-speed and medium-speed models).
​Diagnostics: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using specialized diagnostic tools and software.
​Field Service: Visit vessels at port or offshore to conduct emergency repairs and system inspections.
​Technical Support: Provide expert advice on Yanmar-specific fuel systems, cooling systems, and turbochargers.
​Reporting: Document all service actions, parts replacements, and engine performance metrics in detailed technical reports.
​Compliance: Ensure all work meets Yanmar’s manufacturer standards and international maritime safety regulations.
​Qualifications & Skills
​Experience: hands-on experience specifically with diesel engines and also we will welcome fresher.
​Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
​Technical Skills:
​Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and engine schematics.
​Familiarity with electronic control systems and governors.
​Strong knowledge of fuel injection pump calibration.
​Language: Good communication skills in Burmese; English proficiency is a strong plus for reading technical manuals and communicating with international clients.
​Attributes: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel on short notice to remote locations.
