• Act as the client-side liaison with appointed MEP designers and consultants.
• Gather, understand, and consolidate owner’s and operator’s requirements into design
inputs.
o Review and provide feedback on MEP design submissions to ensure alignment
with:
Company’s operational and functional needs.
o International and local industrial codes, standards, and best practices.
o Provide inputs and analytical feedback which is applicable for operation and
maintenance and SAFETY

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reflect operational workflows, maintenance
needs, and lifecycle considerations into the design.
• Ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the design development process
and any revisions.
• Identify design gaps, clashes, or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the Lead of Infrastructure & Property Development in technical discussions
with consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Facilitate workshops/meetings between owners, operators, and design consultants to
resolve technical issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of design coordination processes, decisions, and
approvals.
• Assist in value engineering exercises to optimize MEP design for cost, efficiency, and
sustainability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or
related discipline).
• Minimum (5 to 8) years of relevant experience in MEP design coordination, preferably
with exposure to client-side or consultancy roles.
• Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection,
electrical, ELV, etc.).
• Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC/IEC,
ASME, ISO, local building codes, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to review design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale property development projects
is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with designers, owners, and
operators.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in design review tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is desirable.
