Head Office Coordination
Liaise with Ywarthargyi Head Office and ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented at Myitnge.
Coordinate site requirements, reporting, and support requests with relevant Head Office departments.
Support management in implementing company initiatives and improvements.
Departmental instructions will be from Yangon Ywarthargyi department Person in Charge.
Administration & HR
Oversee daily administration and HR activities.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, and employee welfare.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support employee engagement, disciplinary matters, and training programs.
Facilities Management
Ensure office buildings, dormitories, canteen, utilities, and common areas are properly maintained.
Manage office assets, vehicles, housekeeping, security, and vendors.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility improvement projects
Government Affairs
Liaise with local authorities and government agencies.
Coordinate licenses, permits, inspections, and regulatory matters.
Maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
IT Hardware
Manage site IT hardware assets including computers, printers, CCTV, and networking equipment.
Coordinate with the YTG IT team on hardware procurement, repairs, and replacements.
QEHS
Ensure compliance with company QEHS policies and procedures.
Coordinate audits, inspections, trainings, and corrective actions.
Support incident reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
