Diploma or bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, Business
Administration or a related field
2-4 years of experience in operations, process improvement, quality management, or
project coordination
Strong knowledge of SOP development, document control, and operational process
management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and business reporting tools
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong
attention to details
Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of SOP development, workflow mapping, QC and CI methodologies
Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support
multiple business units
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point for reporting,
analysis and documentation
