  • Manage and oversee the overall operations of Warehouse, Logisitics, and After Sales Service to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock control, product handling, storage efficiency, and minimum stock loss/damage
  • Manage delivery planning, transportation, route planning, on-time delivery, and logistics costs
  • Oversee customer complaints, warranty claims, repairs, replacements, returns, and service requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Lead and manage Warehouse, Logistics, and Service teams, including performance management, manpower planning, training, and productivity improvement
  • Identify operational problems, delays, and inefficiencies and implement SOPs, process improvements, and corrective actions

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
