Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Manage and improve customer service operations to ensure customers receive the highest standard of service and a seamless experience.
Review, improve, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and operational processes as required.
Train and guide relevant Team Leaders and staff, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and conduct performance evaluations.
Manage and monitor stock movement, inventory control, and product displays to ensure accuracy and proper organization.
Supervise cash handling, daily sales and expense reports processes. Ensure operational controls and company procedures are properly followed.
Manage and coordinate both online and offline sales operations to ensure smooth and effective sales performance.
Review monthly reports and ensure that all required reports are accurate and completed on time.
Coordinate with relevant Team Leaders to manage staff attendance, leave, work schedules, and overtime to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor the company’s social media platforms and provide appropriate guidance and direction to the responsible team.
Develop and implement operational plans and initiatives to improve overall business performance, efficiency, and service quality.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management as required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience or 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Experience in the customer-serives, fashion, retail, lifestyle or related industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to maintain high service standards.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational functions effectively.
Proficient in computer applications and familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
