Position Summary

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Delivery, and Warehouse teams. This role ensures efficient distribution, proper inventory control, and timely delivery of products while maintaining operational standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team, Delivery Team, and Warehouse Team to ensure all operational processes are executed effectively and on time.

• Monitor stock movement including Stock In and Stock Out processes to maintain accurate inventory control.

  Oversee employees’ daily tasks and provide guidance and support to ensure productivity and work efficiency.

•  

  Identify operational issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner. 

•  

  Monitor sales performance and distribution processes and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

   

• Plan and manage delivery routes to ensure products are delivered to customers on time.

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and submit them to management.

• Ensure all employees follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Perform other operational duties assigned by management when required.

• နေ့စဉ် Operation လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှု ချောမွေ့စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင် ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
• Sale Team၊ Delivery Team နှင့် Warehouse Team များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းပြီး လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ အချိန်မီ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန် စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ၏ Stock In / Stock Out လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ပြီး Stock Control စနစ်မှန်ကန်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို ကြီးကြပ်ပြီး လိုအပ်သည့် လမ်းညွှန်မှုများ ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
• Operation ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• Sales Performance နှင့် Distribution Process များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ကာ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်စေရန် အကြံပြုတင်ပြရနိုင်ရမည်။
• Delivery Route များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ အချိန်မီရောက်ရှိစေရန် စီစဉ်ရမည်။
• နေ့စဉ် / အပတ်စဉ် Operation Report များကို ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး Management သို့ တင်ပြရမည်။
• ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Policy နှင့် Procedure များကို ဝန်ထမ်းများ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်း၏ အခြားOperationပိုင်းတွင် လိုအပ်သလို စီစဉ်လုပ်ဆောင်‌ပေးရမည်။

Minimum (2) years of experience in Operations or Distribution within the FMCG industry.

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Ability to prepare reports and possess basic knowledge of data analysis.

Responsible, reliable, and able to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Willingness to work overtime when required according to operational needs.
