Plan, coordinate and monitor CodeByte's cybersecurity projects end to end, from purchase order through to customer sign-off.
Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, templates and methodologies across the company.
Develop project plans and schedules, track progress against milestones, and issue regular status reports to internal and customer stakeholders.
Identify risks and issues early and drive mitigation and escalation through to closure.
Coordinate resources, budgets and principal/vendor dependencies to protect delivery timelines and project margin.
Facilitate clear communication between technical, sales and operations teams, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery status.
Maintain complete project documentation, conduct post-implementation reviews, and ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards.
Govern the overall project portfolio, maintaining visibility of pipeline, resourcing and delivery capacity for management reporting.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
3-5 years of relevant PMO or project management experience, ideally in cybersecurity or technology delivery.
Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with project management tools and with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
