The Senior Data Analyst transforms complex datasets into actionable organization insights, dashboards, and predictive metrics. Acting as a bridge between technical data infrastructure and key business stakeholders, this role drives data-informed decision-making, designs automated reporting pipelines, and guides’ junior analysts on analytics best practices.

• The person in this role is responsible for analyzing relevant data sources and datasets.
• Write complex SQL queries and use Metabase to perform exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root-cause analyses on key business metrics.
• Build, maintain, and optimize self-service BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor suspicious transactions and trends.
• Utilize data tools to extract data based on team requirements, support operations, and prepare required reports for analysis purposes.
• The Data Analyst is expected to clean, verify, and consolidate data into actionable formats, and provide insights through analysis for various business objectives.
• Interpret and provide meaningful analysis from complex datasets.
• Understand the team's need and identify relevant data sources to prepare performance reports, and derive data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate and coordinate with relevant teams to set and achieve goals.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through data extraction, cleansing, and validation processes.
• Use specialized tools to extract and utilize data effectively as required.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure secure and reliable data storage and management practices.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
• Develop and implement data visualization dashboards to support data analysis and improve overall data comprehension and accessibility. 
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant fields such as computer science, business administration
•  At least 3 years in related field and professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or quantitative business strategy.
•  Require the experiences in the Digital Pay Fintech sector
•  Strong hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g Power BI).
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus). 
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills
