Conduct online or in-person product demonstrations for new prospect clients.
Demonstrate how to create job posts, manage applications, search for candidates online, and use relevant platform features.
Answer product-related questions and provide clear, practical guidance.
Help free clients understand relevant premium features and how these may support their recruitment goals.
Follow up on product-related questions after demonstrations and coordinate with the assigned Sales Admin regarding potential upgrades.
Identify clients who show purchasing interest and refer them to the responsible Sales Admin for pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing.
Support the team in identifying common reasons why free clients do not upgrade.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Success, Product Demonstration, Inside Sales, or HR/Recruitment Tech.
Technical Skills: Proficient in online presentation tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and comfortable navigating SaaS/HR platforms.
Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain features clearly to non-technical clients.
Sales Awareness: Ability to identify upselling opportunities, recognize client buying signals, and hand off leads to the Sales team.
Problem-Solving & Empathy: Customer-focused, patient, and capable of gathering user feedback to understand upgrade barriers.
Language: Fluent in Myanmar with conversational English skills.
