Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons integrating MI and STEAM approaches. Facilitate child-initiated and teacher-supported play to enhance holistic learning.

Create a warm, welcoming, and orderly environment that encourages positive behavior, independence, and social skills. Manage daily routines and transitions with ease.
📝 Child Development & Assessment
Observe, document, and assess each child's progress. Tailor instruction to support individual learning needs and developmental milestones.
🛡️ Health & Safety
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety policies during indoor and outdoor activities.
💬 Parent Communication
Build trusting relationships with parents and families. Provide regular updates on children's progress and collaborate to support learning at home.
🤝 Team Collaboration
Work closely with fellow teachers and support staff. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
