·  Assign maintenance tasks to technicians and monitor work progress.

·  Ensure maintenance is completed according to schedules and standards.

·  Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur.

·  Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.

Coordinate with production or operations teams to minimize disruptions.

·  Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.

·  Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements.

·  Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and regulations.
