A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Raise quotation requests (RFQ), (RFI), (RFP) to source and evaluate vendor offers in terms of quality, cost and delivery
2. Deal with Commercial team to deliver the goods to clients
3. Prepare & Maintain the vendor specification into the project drives
4. Assist to manager & Assistant Manager for all prices comparisons and vendor
5. Troubleshoot any problems in supplier supplies
6.Liaise with Project team, Commercial & Clients for material inspection at store / site
7. Issue the PO and deal with finance department & management for all payments
8. Liaise extensively and support Manager, Commercial team to get competitive pricing during bidding stage for tenders
9. Follow up the payments terms & Delivery from vendors
11. Attend the trade show, Conference and Exhibitions to collect the sources
12. Research the new and existing supplier/ vendor which is correspondence with the company requirements from local and oversea
13. Other duties & responsibilities assign by senior management & Manager

• Bachelor degree one Engineering- Electrical Power or Electronics
• English proficiency
• A minimum of 2+ years post qualification, experience in similar role

• Good communications kill and talent in networking
• Good team-work player with sense responsibility
