• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors.• Request and compare quotations from suppliers.• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).• Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.• Maintain procurement records and documentation.• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.• Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes is an advantage.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Good communication and negotiation skills.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
