(1) Ensure information input in vendor data management system, vendor qualification and evaluation systems and contract management systems.
(2) Prepare and maintain variety of departmental records, technical and commercial information and reports
(3) Complies ethical and social code of conducts, laws and regulations
(4) Complies financial regulations and other regulations when carrying out the procurement activities
(5) Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
(6) Identify potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers and building and maintain good relationship with existing and potential suppliers
(7) Ensure suppliers in the supply chain is aware of business objectives of the company
(8) Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure cost effectiveness, legality and compliance with required specifications
(9) Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring production progress, checking quality of products and services provided
(10) Investigate delay or unsatisfactory product complaints and secures adjustments
(11) Handle resolution of contract disputes
(12) Perform as center of communication between suppliers, manufacturers and relevant internal project teams
(13) Support Account Payables with required information on approving the payment claims of suppliers
(14) Support Project Team with regular updates of the material delivery situations for the Project Team to make necessary and relevant actions
(15) Establish and Maintain contract management system for future use
(16) Forecasting price trends and report their potential impacts to Management for proper decision making

• - Any graduate, Prefer – Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management
• - Age over 25 years
• - More prefer who has engineering background knowledge
• - More prefer who are interesting research, documentation, sourcing and market trending (Locally)
• - Minimum (2) years experiences in relevant field and some experiences in research & source various materials and services (Locally)
• - Must have efficient Communication Skills, Good Customer Relationship management and sourcing skills
• - Must be Computer literate and Fair English language Proficient
