  2. Request quotations and compare price form suppliers.
  3. Communicate with supplier regarding order status, delivery schedules and quantity to ensure timely fulfillment.
  4. Prepare payment form for the purchased material by coordinating with the related departments.
  5. Prepare procurement reports and documentation as required.
