An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Supervise daily filling and packaging operations according to the production plan.
  2. Ensure the filling line achieves production targets, line efficiency, yield, and quality KPIs.
  3. Monitor and control filler, seamer, conveyors, pasteurizer, packer, and palletizer operations.
  4. Ensure correct machine settings and operating parameters are maintained during production.
  5. Monitor product quality, filling volume, seaming parameters, coding, packaging, and finished product condition.
  6. Ensure all CCP/OPRP controls are properly monitored and recorded according to HACCP requirements.
  7. Coordinate with Engineering for machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
  8. Minimize machine downtime and support the team in identifying the root causes of recurring problems.
  9. Monitor raw and packaging material usage and minimize material losses and production waste.
  10. Ensure operators follow SOPs, OPLs, work instructions, and safety requirements.
  11. Conduct operator training, coaching, and on-the-job training for filling line activities.
  12. Ensure proper manpower allocation and effective shift management.
  13. Conduct shift handover and communicate production issues, machine conditions, and pending actions to the next shift.
  14. Review production records, checklists, downtime reports, and quality records for accuracy and completeness.
  15. Coordinate with QA/QC to immediately address quality abnormalities and ensure proper product disposition.
  16. Support RCA, CAPA, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities related to filling and packaging operations.
  17. Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene practices are maintained in the filling area.
  18. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety, and company policies.
  19. Monitor and control production losses, including product, can, lid, tray, film, and other packaging material losses.
  20. Prepare daily production reports and provide feedback on production performance, issues, and improvement actions

  • Graduated in bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum experience at least ( 3 )years.
  • Leadership /supervisory experience within Bev. Mixing preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • SAP program or other enterprisewide system experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Analyze, find the cause and report abnormalities of the process correctly
  • Minimize downtime
