• Supervise and control daily production operations.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and assign tasks to employees.• Report daily, weekly, and monthly production results.• Ensure compliance with production systems, quality standards, and food safety regulations (HACCP).• Maintain accurate records and generate required reports.• Comply with all company rules and regulations.• Demonstrate willingness to meet production targets and handle challenges.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
• Any graduate, preferably B.Sc (Industrial Chemistry).• Experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in FMCG.• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.• Ability to follow management guidelines.• Good communication skills across all organizational levels.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.• Age between 25 to 40 years.
