•    Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly production plan and assign to employee
•    Report the daily, weekly and monthly production result
•    Ensure to follow the production systems with HACCP regulation
•    Maintain records and generate the relevant reports
•    Able to comply with the rules and regulations established by the Company.
•    Willingness to achieve the production target and Challenges

•    Any graduate, preferably in B.Sc (Industrial Chemistry)
•    Experience as production supervisor or similar role in FMCG
•    Leadership and problem-solving skills
•    Follow the management guides 
•    Can communicate in all levels of organization.
•    Able to use Microsoft office
