  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering/IT
  • At least 6 years of experience in Program and Projects Management, prefer having related experience in the Banking Industry
  • Knowledge of SDLC
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • Awareness of PMBOK including Project Management Process
  • Software Testing Techniques
  • Knowledge of SEI CMM, ISO 9001:2015
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security, Awareness of ISMS and ISO 27001: 2013
  • IT awareness of Microsoft .Net, Java, Database and Web Technologies
  • Awareness of Finacle Core Banking Solution
