  1. Assist and coordinates the day-to-day activities of teams that ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of the building of head office and Branches.
  2. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  3. Assist and running daily operation of the building smoothly.
  4. Assist in taking charge of ISO documents and M & E services, Building maintenance and ELV systems in checklists.
  5. Act as safety team member during any emergency situation including activating the emergency system and assist in handling all emergency situations when required.
  6. Inform Reporting Manager of daily needs, problems and Head office and branches feedback.
  7. Assist in maintaining facilities of building on a continual basis throughout shift.
  8. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.

  1. B.E (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of M & E services and building maintenance.
  3. Can use computer with Microsoft and related engineering software.
  4. Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly.
  5. Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure.
  6. Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments.
  7. Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner and travel if needs.
