• Preparing the reports and meeting minutes• Coordination and negotiation with internal departments and external parties• Follow up the project stakeholders for respective status and documentation status• Keeping the track of the project schedule and plan for design and construction work• Coordinate the project activities between construction sites and designers through the project life cycleuntil the Project Handover• Be responsible as a liaison between design team, project team and contractors,• Preparation, coordination of drawings and documents• Assist to project lead relating with project documentations
