• Plan, coordinate, and control project activities from initiation to completion
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review and approve project plans, work schedules, shop drawings, and method statements
• Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality control standards are met
• Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and contractor payment certifications
• Prepare and present project reports, cost analyses, progress updates, and management reports
• Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to site teams
• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out documentation
