Manage projects from requirement gathering through development, testing, deployment, and handover.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with minimum errors.
Track all tasks, milestones, deadlines, and project status using the project tracking tool.
Proactively identify delays, blockers, resource gaps, and risks, and take necessary follow-up actions.
Provide timely project progress, issues, completion status, and key insights to the COO.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication, expectation management, and trust.
Coordinate internal developers, freelancers, and vendors to ensure clear responsibilities and timely delivery.
Oversee vendor relationships, performance, deliverables, and costs.
Monitor project cost against timesheet/resource usage and identify any cost or resource overruns.
Ensure proper testing/UAT and quality checks before final delivery.
Ensure all projects follow established SOPs, documentation, and development processes.
Conduct research and benchmarking to improve solutions, pricing, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Be proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, taking initiative to resolve issues without waiting for escalation.
Maintain strong communication and coordination across Management, technical teams, vendors, and clients.
