  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects across business units.
  • Coordinate with Executive Director Office, IT Department, and operational teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Work closely with the Developer Team to ensure system requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and system rollouts.
  • Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and user manuals are prepared.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management or system implementation experience.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, senior management, and software developers.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and enterprise systems.
  • Experience with ERP, workflow systems, asset management, inventory systems, or operational platforms is preferred.
