- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Engineering, etc.).

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building or infrastructure projects.

At least 2 years as Project Manager or Deputy PM on a 150,000 m2 + complex or major public building project.

Overseas experience (especially Southeast Asia) preferred.

Familiar with Myanmar engineering policies, government coordination procedures, compliance requirements, and local labor/resources.

Experience with FIDIC contracts and dispute resolution is preferred.

Mastery of the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

Able to develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and risk-control systems.

Strong resource integration ability; capable of coordinating internal teams, owner, consultant, subcontractors, and government authorities.

Strong integrated control of cost, schedule, quality, and safety.

Strong risk prediction and crisis-management abilities; able to develop mitigation strategies proactively.

Fully responsible for project planning, budgeting, execution strategy, and final deliverables.

Build and manage the project team with clear roles and efficient collaboration.

Maintain communication with owners, government agencies, and stakeholders.

Oversee all construction activities and resolve major issues and disputes.

Organize inspections, phased acceptance, and final handover.

Proficiency in Burmese is mandatory; English fluency required.

Long-term residence in Mandalay project site is necessary.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and stress-resistance.

High professional integrity and compliance awareness.

Experience in multi-functional complex projects (transport hubs + residential, etc.) is preferred.
