  • Lead and manage overall site operations and subcontractors

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines

  • Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards

  • Supervise and control subcontractor performance and productivity

  • Conduct regular site meetings and resolve technical or coordination issues

  • Monitor project budget and control project costs

  • Review and approve subcontractor claims and work progress

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal departments

  • Prepare project reports and update management regularly

  • Manage material delivery schedules and site resources

  • Handle project handover and defect liability period

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • Minimum 7–10 years of construction experience

  • Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or industrial projects

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
