  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure cost- effectiveness.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, quality control, and finance teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and price lists.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new products, and potential suppliers in the FMCG industry.
  • Support cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skill in English.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and local/international sourcing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
