Summary of Job Description

• Check site activities are properly executed according to the approved method of statements and shop drawings.
• Conduct daily site works and inspections to monitor the quality of workmanship in daily site activities to minimize the risk of quality.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors to ensure that all ongoing works are in accordance with require quality standard.
• Acts on the approved ITP/Checklists for the Project and follow up on the Inspection Requirements.
• To collaborate with the project team(s) to identify, rectify and monitor the quality performance of subcontractors.
• Inform and report to seniors and management immediately if any non-compliance or discrepancy is found on site.
• Coordinate with the client (PM) in joint inspections and other quality related issues.
• Prepare daily activities, quality inspection reports, and submit to senior engineers and QA & QC Manager for reviewing and to take actions if required.
• Check all materials delivered to site are in accordance with approved specifications and requirements. Conduct Material Inspection for delivered materials.
• If any non-conformance or discrepancy is found out, report immediately to Superior and QA & QC Managers.
• Follow safety rules and regulations in workplace and remind the team members for safety awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior of the Owner of the project.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture
• At least (10) years’ experiences with a minimum of (6) years’ in the related field (QC Engineer/Inspector / (A & ID).
• Strong experience and   knowledge in Architectural and interior fitting work..
• Good knowledge of Architectural work and interior design ’ quality control/assurance
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
• Able to use Auto Cad, Microsoft suite.
