  • Draw & Design the Structural and Architectural, Site survey if it is required
  • To estimate and make Schedule for the project.
  • Check quotation submit from contractor, Compare the quotation and have reporting system
  • Check the material and Coordinate with contractors on site
  • Meeting with contractor and check the installation
  • Prepare & submit the claim form with inspection form, progress photos, recommend letter, payment term, quotations and Handover process

  • Bachelor's degree (BE Civil) Engineering
  • Experiences as a Quantity Surveyor in construction field or building maintenance
