BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE 
As Our QS Manager, you will: 
We are Seeking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead end-to-end commercial and cost 
management for multi-brand F&B projects, including new builds, remodels, and refreshes. The role is responsible 
for ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards and 
governance requirements. 
Key Responsibilities 
• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, estimates, and cash flow forecasts. 
• Manage tendering processes, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards. 
• Lead contract administration, change management, variations, claims, and cost control. 
• Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, and progress against budget and schedule. 
• Review and certify contractor payments, valuations, and final accounts. 
• Develop supplier frameworks, rate cards, and vendor performance management programs. 
• Provide management reports, CAPEX analysis, and executive dashboards. 
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Operations, Finance, Procurement, consultants, and contractors to 
ensure successful project delivery. 
• Lead, coach, and develop the Quantity Surveying team while maintaining commercial governance and 
compliance. 

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or commercial management, 
preferably in retail or F&B fit-out projects. 
• Strong expertise in estimating, BOQ preparation, tendering, contract administration, variations, claims, 
valuations, and final accounts. 
• Proven negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; knowledge of AutoCAD, QS software, Power BI, or ERP systems is 
an advantage. 
• Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership capabilities. 
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
