As our FIT Executive , you will: Key Responsibilities To support food innovation and new product development and product improvement projects by coordinating with internal team and external suppliers. Assist in recipe development, formulation and specification alignment. Arrange product testing, sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies. Record test results, trial feedback and improvement actions. Ensure timelines are met from development to commercialization Coordinate product trials, sample evaluations and pilots run with NPD team. Support new product development and product improvement initiatives. Support certification processes such as FSSC, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc. Support launch readiness by coordinating with relevant teams.
