BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE As Our QS Manager, you will: We are Seeking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead end-to-end commercial and cost management for multi-brand F&B projects, including new builds, remodels, and refreshes. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare project budgets, cost plans, estimates, and cash flow forecasts. Manage tendering processes, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards. Lead contract administration, change management, variations, claims, and cost control. Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, and progress against budget and schedule. Review and certify contractor payments, valuations, and final accounts. Develop supplier frameworks, rate cards, and vendor performance management programs. Provide management reports, CAPEX analysis, and executive dashboards. Collaborate with Development, Design, Operations, Finance, Procurement, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Lead, coach, and develop the Quantity Surveying team while maintaining commercial governance and compliance.
