Job Descriptions 

Prepare Project quotation for clients, site survey and check vendors” quotation to meet main contract 
budget 
 During the quotation dealing stage ,respomsibilities to explain available material to clients by 
coordinating with procurement team 
 Conduct detailed quantity from drawings, specifications and Manage project budgets to be cost effective 
 Check main contract documents subcontract document 
Negotiate contracts with subcon and supplier  

Monitor Project costs and potential cost variances 
 Review and approve payments 
 Supervising the engineers and supervisors 
 Counter Check Contract , Materials,Quotation and BOQ 
 Guiding and suggesting changes,requirements,and necessities in the project 
 Educating the newly joined employees about the company policies,rules,and their duties 
 Manage buget of the project with PM and submit to the management and accounts department 
 Need to check post project to analysis what we need to improve furture performance 
 Interviewing candidates and judging them approptiately if necessary 
 Monitor the project life cycles

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management,Civil Engineering or a related field;
 a Master's degree is advantageous. 
 Extensive experience 
(typically 4 (or) 5years) in quantity surveying, specifically within the interior 
decoration or construction industry.
