Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QS professionals
- Manage and coordinate project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Review and analyze contract documents, including variations, claims, and disputes
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely QS deliverables
- Develop and implement QS processes and procedures
- Provide support for claim relating works
- Any other duties assigned by the Project commercial manager
- Support the Project commercial Manager in contract and commercial negotiations and administrations.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office applications
