  • Work closely with team members (developers, product owners, project managers) to test and deliver high quality defect-free software products
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution
  • Document all test results and maintain clear testing records and reports
  • Perform web and mobile application testing (functional, regression, usability, and performance testing)
  • Conduct API testing and validate backend data integrity
  • Design and execute automation scripts to improve efficiency and test coverage (if applicable)
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC/STLC)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools, methodologies, and quality assurance trends
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps, suggesting process enhancements, and mentoring junior QAs when needed

  • Possess at least 4 years experiences as QA (software testing methodologies, both manual and automated)
  • Experience testing backend and frontend services such as UI/UX, APIs, Databases
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative and communication skills
  • Self-managed, proactive work style, and able to work independently within an agile team
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
  • Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
  • Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Good to have experience in Myanmar typing
