  1. Monitor and ensure the quality of flooring works in accordance with established quality standards and project specifications.
  2. Inspect subfloor conditions, including surface levelness, cleanliness, and site readiness before installation.
  3. Check the quality and specifications of flooring materials before use.
  4. Monitor flooring installation processes to ensure compliance with approved standards and installation guidelines.
  5. Inspect floor levelness, joints, edges, and overall finishing quality.
  6. Identify quality defects and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
  7. Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after flooring installation.
  8. Prepare and maintain quality inspection records, checklists, and related reports.
  9. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Installation Teams to ensure quality compliance.
  10. Investigate customer complaints related to flooring quality and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  11. Recommend improvements to enhance flooring quality and minimize rework.

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required.Knowledge of flooring materials and installation procedures.
  3. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and installation guidelines.
  4. Ability to conduct quality inspections, identify defects, and solve problems.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for preparing reports and documentation.
  6. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  7. Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
  8. Willingness to travel to project sites for inspections when required.
