Conduct Raw Material Testing (RMT) to ensure the quality and safety of incoming raw materials.
Monitor and control quality throughout the flour production process.
Conduct regular quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure flour products meet the required quality standards and specifications before release.
Monitor the production and packaging processes of City Value Brand flour products to ensure product quality and consistency.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company quality procedures.
Monitor production hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping practices.
dentify quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and testing documentation.

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry (IC).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in Flour Production, Food Manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
Good knowledge of Raw Material Testing (RMT), quality inspection, and food safety standards.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and quality management procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and teamwork skills.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and supervise a quality control team.
Ability to manage quality control operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
