Job Summary

The Quality Control Engineer ensures that all construction chemical application works (waterproofing, repair, and strengthening projects) meet contract specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves monitoring site activities, conducting material testing, preparing quality documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing technical support to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance

• Check site activities regularly to ensure work quality and compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and regulations.

• Visit project sites to monitor progress and identify potential issues

 Reporting & Documentation

• Site Visit Report / Progress Reports / Finished / Completion Reports

• Regularly review project documentation for adherence to established procedures.

• Create project history records, manage warranty lists, and maintain issue logs and lessons-learned registers for continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in QA/QC engineering or site supervision (preferably in construction chemicals or structural repair projects).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction standards, and testing methods.
• Experience in waterproofing, grouting, and strengthening systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.
