Job Summary
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for preparing quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and variation orders for renovation and interior decoration projects. The role involves conducting site surveys, collecting project data, estimating costs, and ensuring accurate project budgeting and documentation.
Job Description

• Prepare detailed quotations, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for renovation and interior decoration projects.
• Prepare and manage variation orders and project cost adjustments.
• Conduct site surveys and measurements to collect accurate project information and data.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements for cost estimation.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project costs and quantities.
• Monitor project expenses and assist in cost control throughout project implementation.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to project costing and quantity surveying activities.
• Assist in tender preparation and project budgeting processes.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) or related field.
• Experience in renovation and interior decoration projects is preferred.
• Able to conduct site surveys and site measurements independently.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and variation order processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and quantity surveying software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
