• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Estimate (BE), and cost estimates for construction and renovation projects.
• Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate with site engineers and supervisors, and resolve site-related issues.
• Measure maintenance and renovation works on-site, prepare material lists, estimate project costs, and submit reports.
• Prepare detailed drawings for renovation and maintenance works when required.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and records are accurate and completed on time.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure project quality, cost control, and timely completion.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

• BE, B.Tech, or AGTI (Civil).
• 1–2 years of experience in -Quantity Surveying for interior decoration or construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of quantity take off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
• Able to read architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of -AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.

 ● 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 ● Off: Sundays & Public Holidays
