Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Senior (1 Position)
Junior ( 1 Position) 
For Constuction & Interior Decoration Company
Key Responsibilities:
    •    Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and tender documents
    •    Manage project budgeting and cost control
    •    Evaluate subcontractor quotations and contracts
    •    Monitor project progress and cost variations
    •    Ensure financial efficiency throughout project lifecycle

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

    •    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field
    •    Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience
    •    Strong knowledge of construction materials and pricing
    •    Good negotiation and analytical skills
